Protis Global is an executive recruitment and advisory firm which has operated as an industry leader for over 23 years. Rodriguez will build and grow Ace Talent Curators to provide talent solutions in the quickly evolving CPG space.

Andres Rodriguez is a degreed accountant whose experience and expansive knowledge of recruitment and executive search is as diversified as his skillset. Prior to achieving success and growth at Protis Global, Rodriguez recruited nationally and internationally, excelling at both boutique search firms and large national recruiting firms alike. This range has given him a keen understanding of the nuances that exist at all levels of this always evolving industry.

Andres’ contribution to Protis Global has been paramount to the organization and is exhibited by the fact that he has contributed to 4 consecutive record breaking years. Andres has completed 134 successful searches at Protis Global, managed the top billing clients for the last 3 years, and has facilitated growth externally as well as internally. He has not only been promoted three times, but has lead and mentored 6 direct reports to success. Two of those direct reports eventually became his colleagues.
