### Dear Crosby,

### I have been at my job for 4 years. I love my job but I feel like I have moved up as far as I can go.  Do I start searching for another job or do I speak to my boss about mobility?

 

> First and foremost, if you love your job you should consult with your boss about the possibilities for you at your current company.  It’s like my dog park.  I love my dog park but I became a little bored.  I felt like I had peed on every blade of grass (don’t get me wrong, no one is more thorough than me) and smelled every treat pocket that I could.  I talked to my mommy and she felt I was ready to try some new things! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay…and I love chasing the ball and doing obstacles now! So, in other words, raise the Woof!
