Protis Global was co-founded in 1995 by Bert Miller and Laura Gonzalez, with a vision to blend innovative technology with a consultative approach to facilitate meaningful executive recruitment — in place of traditional headhunting.

Opening its first office in Indianapolis, Protis Global quickly set out to reshape the expectations of the industry and have a meaningful impact on companies and careers.

Fast forward 28 years and our priorities remain the same. Our mission is to help category-leading and emerging consumer brands build impactful businesses through competitive talent access strategies — and we have experience helping some of the biggest brand names under food and beverage and retail accomplish exactly that.
